Service and engagement terms
These are general engagement terms. A project-specific signed agreement takes precedence in case of conflict.
Initial consultation
The initial discovery consultation is free. Detailed analysis, technical documentation or custom design may be offered as paid work after notice.
Agreement and scope
Features, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are recorded before work begins. Out-of-scope requests require separate estimation and approval.
Payment
Projects are normally paid in two stages: 50% on commencement and 50% on final delivery. Work begins after the advance payment and scope confirmation.
Delivery and client cooperation
The client must provide content, access and approvals on time. Delays may change delivery dates. Final ownership and credentials are transferred as defined in the agreement.
Support
Defects in delivered code are corrected free for three months. New features, content, SEO, updates and further development are outside defect support, but returning clients receive preferred terms and discounts.
Communication
Support hours are business days from 08:00 to 18:00 Tehran time. Requests outside these hours are reviewed on the next business period.
