Information collected
We process identity and contact details, enquiries, account data, order and payment records, assessment responses and necessary security events. Bank card details are not stored.
Traffic analytics
To monitor service quality, public page views, daily unique visits and five-minute activity are recorded using a hashed session identifier. IP addresses and query strings are not stored; daily identifiers are deleted after 30 days while aggregate totals remain.
Purpose and sharing
Data is used for service delivery, support, security, accounting and legal duties, and shared only as necessary with infrastructure, email and payment providers or competent authorities.
Security and retention
Access controls, encrypted transport, sensitive-operation logs and backups protect data. Records are retained only as long as necessary.
Your requests
Use the contact form to correct data or request review of non-mandatory records. Legally or financially required records cannot be deleted early.
